We are a problem solver.

Unfortunately, we live in world where so many investors are out to make a quick buck. Given my Christian values, my goal is to make a positive impact with our clients, TO DO MORE than our competition, ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty, where our reputation stands on the merit of referrals, easy to do business, great customer service and total customer satisfaction. In my real estate business, we understand it’s emotional time for our clients, we listen with compassion, we care because you care.

Moving House

We HELP clients who are in stressful situations with their homes, or just those who no longer want their home for various personal reasons, to unburden themselves. We offer the opportunity to purchase your home on terms that are favorable to both you and us.

We know that our clients can be in sensitive situations that are emotionally charged. Given that, we bring a compassionate heart to our conversation with our clients, keeping in mind that sometimes all that is needed is a listening ear and with a compassionate heart.

We strive to create “ WHEN YOU WIN, WE WIN” situations for the good of the community. Build a better Community, you build a Unity.

On June 20, 2011, my third oldest brother Randy T. Washington, Sr. earned his wings due to Prostate Cancer. He was only 53yrs young. In September of 2020, I received a call from my Urologist that I had Prostate Cancer. It was news that made me numb to the core, and yet, I remain optimistic and full of faith that God will heal me so that I can be a walking testimony to encourage men who are suffering from prostate cancer. I have decided to fight for a Health cause that can change the lives of men. To bring awareness of this devastating BUT curable disease to men over 40yrs young, especially African American men. African American men are at an increased risk for developing prostate cancer over white men and other men of color. One in six African American men will develop prostate cancer in his lifetime. When caught early through PSA testing and annual check-ups the survival rate is 97% curable.

I’m raising money in honor of my Brother, and the annual ZERO Prostate Cancer Summit hosted by ZERO – The End of Prostate Cancer, the nation’s leading nonprofit in the fight against prostate cancer. Each year, the Summit is the most impactful meeting in the prostate cancer community, where attendees like me, plus other survivors, patients, caregivers, and advocates, come together to raise our voices in the nation’s capital. We’re excited to gather online to continue to make a difference!

Your contribution will make an impact on the lives of 3.1 million men battling this awful disease, whether you donate $5 or $500. Every little bit helps, and I’m so grateful for your support.

Thank you for supporting patients in need! Your support is coming at an especially critical time during the COVID-19 crisis. You can show the love to the prostate cancer community even more during this difficult moment by joining me in registering for the Virtual ZERO Prostate Cancer Summit at zerocancer.org/summit. It’s free to sign up – join me in heading online to support men and families!
